All of our apartments have air conditioning, fully equipped kitchens with new appliances, such as cooking stove, hood, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, and washer/dryer. Other facilities like A/C split units, study desks, orthopedic mattresses, leather couches, TV sets, cable TV, HBO, Stereo CD, hair dryers, irons and ironing boards, boilers, cordless phones, international phone lines , wireless internet connection are rising in the standards of the apartments.
It will be our pleasure to provide you (included in the rental price) the following services :
- Technical assistance 24 hours per day;
Maid service once per week, on a flexible schedule;
Concierge service.
Costs for heating, gas supply, electricity, water, wireless internet connection, TV cable, sewage and garbage.

Daily maid and laundry service (15 Euro/h + VAT (24%);
Transfer from/ to the airport (20 Euro+ VAT (24%)/ transfer)
Transfer from/to the railway station (15 Euro, VAT 24% included/ transfer)
Cellular phones with deposit;
- Pet access at 15 Euro, VAT (24% included)/day
Please be advised that if you pay by CREDIT CARD, there will be a bank's extra fee of 2.2% from the total amount for VISA or MASTER card and if you pay by AMEX is 5.21%. In case you choose to pay with DINERS CLUB or JCB card, the fee is 4.5% from the total amount. Thank you for your understanding.
